 ming has on their communtiees.\n\nGuest speakers Meena Raman of Friend
 s of the Earth International/Malaysia and Joyce Patience Tembenu of Ma
 lawi will inform listeners of the effects of climate change on their o
 wn communities as well as efforts to develop local and global solution
 s. Their combined experience includes decades of groundbreaking social
  justice work\, such as the founding of the first public interest law 
 firm in Malaysia\, and the development and implementation of community
 -based programs to address food security\, HIV/AIDS\, and women’s ri
 ghts in Malawi. Come hear what they have to say and leave with an unde
 rstanding of how you can help ensure that the poorest and most vulnera
 ble communities will have access to the financial and technological re
 sources needed to adapt to climate change.\n\n\nClimate Change and Com
