Dining Hall Fast at Woodside Priory School

Students and faculty are participating in a "Service Learning Day" today. As part of the event some people have elected to fast for the day. The money that would have been spent on their lunches is being donated to Oxfam. Those fasting are spending their lunch hour in silence in our school chapel, while those that are electing to eat that day in the dining hall are going to watch the videos about Oxfam. We hope to raise awareness about local and global hunger issues while supporting the efforts of Oxfam in the process!
