Californians have an extraordinary opportunity to help reduce world poverty and improve our environment by reforming the 2007 Farm Bill now being debated in Congress. Come watch a great PBS documentary and learn how Congresswoman Pelosi and Senator Feinstein can help reduce world poverty by shifting money from bad programs to good ones that really support family farming, world peace and environmental conservation. Let's put our tax money to work for farmers, families, and our future! Socializing, networking, eating and drinking to begin around 6:30pm and a short movie will start at 7:00pm. The event will take place in the Haight Ashbury Food Project Dining Room. There is parking for approximately 6 vehicles in the lot. The location is 1525 Waller Street at Belvedere.
